14 Day Return Policy:

We expect the recipient of a piece of jewelry from Two Tone Jewelry to be absolutely delighted. However, if for any reason an item is not to the recipient's liking or specifications, we offer a 14 day money back or item exchange option, (buyer's choice). If you choose to return the item, buyer pays return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. You will then receive your refund minus the original shipping cost from Two Tone Jewelry and minus 15% restocking fee. If you choose to exchange the item, the unused item may be brought back or shipped for an exchange with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. The recipient or purchaser may then exchange that item for the full purchase price for another item in stock of equal or lesser value. If the chosen item for exchange is of lesser value a store credit for the difference will be issued with no expiration. Items damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for exchange. Rings sized to 5 or below and 10 and above cannot be exchanged for another item. Due to shipping costs and custom duties, all international sales are final. Customers outside the USA are responsible for their own country's custom duty charges. All wedding bands and special custom order sales are final and non-refundable.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee On Engagement Rings:

At Two Tone Jewelry we stand behind every engagement ring we sell. To ensure satisfaction of any purchase, we offer the customer 30 days to take the engagement ring to a licensed appraiser of his or her choice. If for any reason the item purchased is not appraised for a higher value than the purchase price, the item may then be returned for a full refund. The refund will be made in the same form in which the item was purchased. The appraiser chosen is at the customers' discretion must be an independent, non-purchasing entity or a retail agent. Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to Two Tone Jewelry and we fully guarantee every item we sell.

Special custom orders:

Special custom orders include any items that are not in standard stock on the Two Tone Jewelry website; or items that have been changed under special request of the customer; such as changing the color of the gold, changing stones, alteration of item’s look or shape. Special custom orders which include all wedding bands are final sale therefore not refundable.

Upgrade Policy on Diamond Engagement Rings and Solitaires:

Any diamond engagement ring and solitaire purchased from Two Tone Jewelry is fully upgradeable. This way the customer will not lose a penny. All that is required is the original diamond certificate and the original receipt. The full amount will be deducted from the new purchase amount of the upgraded diamond. This is valid for as long as the buyer owns the item.

Shipping:

Most items are in stock and usually shipped within one to three business days depending on specific ring size requests. On rare occasions, an item will be custom ordered and shipped within one week if the item is manufactured by Two Tone Jewelry or within five weeks if the item is imported from overseas.
